All materials sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not approved for human or veterinary use. By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge and agree that the materials are designated for non-clinical research applications only.
Are your materials tested?
Yes. Each batch undergoes internal quality verification to confirm identity and stated specifications prior to distribution. Supporting documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), is available upon request.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future as operations and regulations allow.
Why might packaging or labeling look different from a previous order?
From time to time, packaging or label designs may be updated as part of routine operational or branding changes. These updates do not affect the material identity, quality standards, or verification procedures.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Do you provide usage instructions?
No. Materials are supplied without instructions for application, administration, or use. Customers are responsible for ensuring materials are handled and utilized in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
